Why we use it
To answer your request and, where you ask us to, to assess a potential mandate. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
How long we keep it
Contact requests and attached documents are kept for three years after our last exchange, unless a mandate follows, in which case the file is kept for the duration of the engagement and the applicable legal retention periods.
Who has access
The partners of Kilima Partners and the service providers that host the website and the email and form tools we use. Data may be processed outside the European Union by these providers under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). We never sell personal data.
