Henri Huet spent 10 years as a tech operator in Dakar, London and Abidjan. He started his career at Jumia in Dakar, then moved to London where he was among the first employees of GoCardless, acquired by Mollie in 2026. He then relocated to Abidjan to lead expansion into Francophone Africa at Paystack, acquired by Stripe in 2020.

In advisory since 2023, Henri advised on more than 20 transactions across the continent, with a focus on healthtech and fintech. He brings an operator’s understanding of what it takes to scale tech companies in Africa, along with close relationships with the investors who back them.

He also mentors startups on go-to-market, sales and growth, and is based between Toulouse and Abidjan.

Nils Denis spent 10 years in investment banking and advisory. He started his career at Lazard then Messier & Associés, before joining Cambon Partners where he focused on mid-cap M&A. He then moved to corporate development advisory, working with Socios.com and several other scaleups.

He has advised on more than 30 transactions across M&A, LBO and fundraising. He brings founders hands-on execution, from modelling and valuation to investor negotiations, as well as a direct line into East Africa’s tech ecosystem.

He is based between Paris and Nairobi, where he spent part of his childhood.
